Password Management Policy

Overview

This page outlines the password management and account lockout policy for accessing the Sekoia console.

Password History

• We do not maintain or expose any password history.
• All passwords are stored in encrypted form and cannot be retrieved.

Account Lockout

• After 5 consecutive failed login attempts within 1 minute, the account is automatically locked.
• No manual intervention is required to unlock the account.

Lockout Duration & Reactivation

• Locked accounts remain inaccessible for 30 minutes.
• After 30 minutes, the account is automatically reactivated and can be used again.
